And oh my gosh, Dave is awesome! So thorough and knowledgeable… took the time to properly assess and diagnose the situation and proposed multiple solutions to help with my basement flooding issues. It did not feel at all like Dave was trying to “sell” me on anything, he just felt like a fantastic consultant trying to inform me of all my options so that I could make the best decision possible. I hired Seth and his company several years ago to handle a drainage issue at a rental property I owned. Their work completely solved the problem and tenants never had another issue.
