I was so impressed with Atlanta Basement Systems. Phenomenal communication from the time I reached out with an inquiry to the time Dave visited my house to assess the situation. And oh my gosh, Dave is awesome! So thorough and knowledgeable… took the time to properly assess and diagnose the situation and proposed multiple solutions to help with my basement flooding issues. It did not feel at all like Dave was trying to “sell” me on anything, he just felt like a fantastic consultant trying to inform me of all my options so that I could make the best decision possible. I hired Seth and his company several years ago to handle a drainage issue at a rental property I owned.  Their work completely solved the problem and tenants never had another issue.

Fast forward a few years and I had my own issue with water in my crawlspace from a natural spring in my backyard. I could not locate Seth’s information quickly, so hired another contractor - BIG mistake. A year after that job, I had problems again and found Seth’s information so called him immediately. He and his crew worked diligently to first identify any other potential water sources and then provide a drainage solution that reduced the humidity by 40% in the crawlspace *and* ensures that no further spring seepage will collect in my crawlspace.

They thoroughly checked all gutter downspouts and drains and cleared any that were at blocked.  And even repaired a couple that needed some minor repairs.  In my opinion they really went above and beyond to make sure every possible source of water was clear and flowing away from the house.

They were very professional, always on time and cleaned up the area so that it looked great when they were finished.  I will never hire another contractor for any type of water drainage issue other than Seth and lifetime basement.
